In this church "everybody gets to play", but here are a few people you might want to know a bit more about.
Jim & Rachel
Cronin
SENIOR PASTORS
Jim & Rachel met while students at university in St Andrews, during which time they were members of Kingdom Vineyard. They returned to East Fife in 2017 to lead KV after the founding pastors retired.
Jesse Duley
WORSHIP PASTOR & ADMINISTRATOR
Jesse has been part of KV since 2005, having moved up from London with his wife Marie. He takes care of the church's worship team, as well as the charity's day-to-day administration.
Caitlin Macdonald
PASTORAL ASSISTANT
Caitlin began working with KV as a Voluntary Pastoral Assistant (VPA) in 2018. After completing her VPA years she continued on team to manage all our church communications among other things.
Lucy Clarke
COMPASSION PASTOR
Lucy serves on the team to oversee Storehouse operations and explore how we can express God’s heart for compassion through all areas of church life.
Carrie Brown
KIDS & YOUTH PASTOR
Carrie moved to St Andrews in 2022 to start her masters at the University after which she joined the team to head up all things KV Kids and Youth. Carrie is passionate about seeing children and young people come to know Jesus more fully and is excited to explore how we can help them on that journey.
Matt Wilkinson
ASSISTANT TO SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
Matt joined the team recently to help out with the church administration while Jesse is acting Senior Pastor during Rachel’s maternity leave. A lot of what Matt does is unseen but so important to the running of KV.
As well as these staff members we have our much-valued Homegroup Leaders, who facilitate environments of ever-deepening knowledge and experience of what it means to live for Jesus.
