Who we are and what we're about here at the Kingdom Vineyard: Our Vision and Values.
Meet the Vineyard | Part 1
Who we are and what we're about here at the Kingdom Vineyard. The four W's: Worship, Word, Works and Wonders.
Who do you think Jesus is?
Luke 24:14-53
Unless we take deliberate steps to maintain our relationship with Jesus, He quickly becomes a distant, historic figure, limited in power and influence in our lives. In the road to Emmaus story, Luke gives us three vital truths about who Jesus really is.
Can Cynicism and Hope Co-Exist?
An exploration of the slow creep of cynicism outside and also within the church.
Disappointment
Psalm 42; Ephesians 2:10; Romans 12: 2-3; Philippians 2:13; Psalm 37:4-5
Disappointment is a universal experience, but one Christians are often reluctant to admit to. What does the Bible say about it, how we can understand, avoid and recover from it?
Are we Walking with God, or Hiding from God?
Micah 6:1-8
Ever since Eden, when things go wrong for us, or we are conscious of sin and failure, mankind has had a tendency to hide from God. Micah 6 is one of many scriptures where, far from being the kind of God we have to hide from, He calls His people close: to reason with Him and be reconciled, so we can walk with Him again. He still makes this same call today: ultimately in Christ Himself. So come!
Really Loving God's Presence
Romans 8:31-39
Knowing and 'feeling' God's presence are different. We need to practise the presence of God.
Work as Worship
1 Peter 2:1-12, Jeremiah 29:4-14
By giving our best even in the minutia of daily life, we are offering worship to God.
Four G's of Evangelism: Guilt Evangelism, Gift Evangelism, Group Evangelism and God's Evangelism
1 Corinthians 9:16; Ephesians 4:1-16
For too long the church has struggled to do "every-member-evangelism". In fact we have been making things unnecessarily difficult for ourselves. An understanding of the 4 G's can help untie the knot.
Encourage One-Another
1 Thessalonians 5
We should all encourage one another. And it is only possible through the grace of God.
