We believe that everyone should have the chance to explore the Christian faith, ask questions and share their point of view. Whatever questions you have, you can ask them at Alpha.

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of weekly sessions exploring the Christian faith; each session looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation. It’s an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment.

Come for the Launch Night—no commitment. If you like it, you’re welcome to come back for the rest of the course. Enjoy some (free!) great food and easy-going conversation exploring the Christian faith.

Our next Alpha course will start on Thursday 19th February 2026, 7.30pm at the Baptist Church on South Street in St Andrews.
